How to Use: Pour warm water into a Neti pot and add 1/4 teaspoon of Neti Salt. Lean forward and turn your head to the side. Slowly insert the spout of the Neti pot into one nostril, making sure all sides are comfortably blocked. Slowly lift the Neti pot, allowing the saline solution to flow into the upper nostril and out the lower nostril. Breathe through your mouth. Once the solution has flowed in and out, exhale through your nose to clear your nasal passages. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the other nostril. Detailed instructions are included.
