Directions for Use
Take 2-3 tablets, 1 tablet at a time, every 4 hours before bedtime, allowing them to dissolve on the tongue and then swallow. If symptoms persist, increase to 1-2 tablets every 15 minutes, up to 4 times (12 tablets) until relief is achieved. You can also give it to children by dissolving it in 1 teaspoon of water. The soothing tablets are very soft and dissolve quickly in the mouth. Note: This product has a calming effect and can help your child calm down, so if they cry or become upset after using it, they can fall asleep right away.
