Granite coating This is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat well.
It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings.
The granite coating makes the cookware exceptionally scratch-resistant and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows for frying using a minimal amount of fat, as the cookware heats up similarly to stone and releases heat across its entire surface.
The composition of the aluminum body and ferromagnetic bottom allows for use on induction cooktops and all other cooktop types, while utilizing the best accuthermal properties of cast and forged aluminum on all cooktops and hobs. Cooking/frying possible at temperatures up to 220°C.
