Usage: • Use before applying mascara, just like mascara. • At the start, ensure the brush is well-coated with the base. • Apply from the roots of the lashes to the tips, lifting the lashes. • For lower lashes, hold the brush upright and use the tip to apply. *After the above steps, layer your mascara once the base has dried. *The black appearance is due to the fibers.
