Model B070 has a focal length of 17-70mm, equivalent to a 35mm focal length of 25.5-105mm, achieving a remarkably wide zoom ratio of 4.1x, the world's first for an APS-C size mirrorless large-aperture F2.8 standard zoom lens, making it exceptionally practical. 2. Superior optical performance. The lens construction consists of 12 groups and 16 elements. By balancing two GM (glass-molded aspherical) lenses and one composite aspherical lens, it maintains extremely high resolution performance across the entire image, from the center to the periphery. 3. Image stabilization mechanism that is effective when combined with Sony APS-C size mirrorless cameras, and AI technology-based correction is possible during video recording. Model B070 is equipped with Tamron's proprietary VC mechanism. By optimizing the image stabilization mechanism and further advanced algorithm for this lens, and by incorporating an independent dedicated MPU, a high level of correction effect is achieved.
It works. The stabilization effect is achieved whether the camera has in-body image stabilization or not. Furthermore, by utilizing AI (artificial intelligence technology), it performs corrections that are more considerate of video shooting compared to conventional VC mechanisms. 4.
