HSS-G CO cobalt pilot drill for metal QUALITAT 4.2x75mm Vorstahl HSS-G CO cobalt pilot drill for metal QUALITAT 4.2x75mm APPLICATION: metal drilling in acid-resistant, stainless and heat-resistant steel, non-ferrous metals and hardened plastics, cast iron made of very durable, hardened high-speed steel HSS-G M35 with 6% cobalt addition hardness 64-68 HRC for high-alloy steels with tensile strength up to 1400 N/mm2 135 degree point angle enables quick drilling of holes even on oval surfaces, without the need to center punch the material strength of the drills when drilling very hard and difficult-to-cut materials possibility of using higher speeds, which increases cutting efficiency special blade geometry enables drilling without center punching three-plane handle two-sided The ground edge guarantees even faster and precise drilling, the additionally ground spiral ensures high accuracy and rapid removal of debris. The heat treatment process allows the drill to operate at very high temperatures, up to 600°C, ensuring maximum drill strength.
