HOW TO USE
1. Saturate a cotton pad with the cleansing water.
2. Gently wipe across the face to remove makeup, sunscreen, and impurities.
3. For eye and lip makeup, hold the soaked cotton pad on the area for a few seconds before wiping.
4. Repeat until the cotton pad comes away clean.
5. Follow with a facial cleanser if desired as part of a double cleansing routine.
