Product Introduction
【Newly Developed Dry Nonwoven Fabric Filter】
By adopting a density gradient structure, the filter density is gradually changed from a coarse layer to a fine layer in response to airflow, ensuring the gradual and reliable capture of dust particles of various sizes. Furthermore, the optimized fiber composition reduces airflow resistance.
Despite the reduced intake resistance, dust collection performance is equivalent to or better than our conventional models (capturing over 95% of standard dust in our tests). It reliably captures dust, supplying clean air to the engine.
Not only is the resistance value low when new, but it maintains low resistance values over a long period.
Conventional pleated sports filters capture everything from large debris to fine particles on the surface. This narrows the air passage, resulting in a shorter time before clogging occurs, even if the initial airflow resistance is low. However, the HKS Super Air Filter uses a density gradient nonwoven fabric, gradually making the filter mesh finer to capture larger debris first. This ensures an open air passage, resulting in superior long-life performance.

Genuine Replacement Type
A tuning part that can be easily installed by simply replacing the genuine filter.
* Newly Developed Dry Nonwoven Fabric Filter: Adopting a density gradient structure, the filter density is gradually changed from a coarse layer to a fine layer in relation to the airflow, ensuring the gradual and reliable capture of dust of various sizes. Furthermore, the optimized fiber composition reduces airflow resistance.
* Achieves Both Low Resistance and Excellent Dust Collection Performance: Despite reducing intake resistance, dust collection performance is equal to or better than our conventional models (captured over 95% of standard dust in our tests). It reliably captures dust and supplies clean air to the engine.
* Maintains Low Resistance Values Over a Long Period: Not only is the resistance value low when new, but it maintains that low value for a long period.
