One of Yasumaru Dashi's flagship products, 'Goku Seafood Dashi Yasumaru (30 packs)'. In late 2011, it was introduced on the TBS TV program 'Hanamaru Market' by a beloved actress who regularly uses it. This is a rare powdered dashi based on tuna. It has a milder flavor compared to 'Japanese-style All-purpose Dashi Yasumaru'.

The tea bag can be torn open and used for flavoring yakisoba, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, or Japanese-style pasta, making it a versatile all-purpose dashi. Perfect for customers who want to make delicious dishes! Shelf life: 1 year.

Ingredients: Salt, flavor ingredients (tuna katsuobushi, Soudakatsuo katsuobushi, katsuobushi, sardine dried fish, flying fish (ago) dried fish, seafood extract, shrimp, kelp, shiitake), sugar, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), vegetable extract, powdered soy sauce, yeast extract, hydrolyzed protein (contains wheat and soybeans as raw materials). No synthetic preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or artificial coloring agents are used.

Usage Instructions: 1. Put one packet (still in the bag) into 500ml of water (about 2.5 cups) and heat. 2. Once boiling, simmer for 3-4 minutes over medium heat without a lid. 3. Turn off the heat, and lightly squeeze the packet with chopsticks or similar to remove.

Safety Precautions: After opening, be sure to close the zipper tightly and use promptly to prevent moisture ingress. Be careful of boiling over, hot water, and steam when making dashi. Contains desiccant (not edible).
