It protects your precious lens while minimizing the impact on your image. ・[Uses "Zero One AR Coat," an ultra-low-reflection AR coating with a single-sided reflectance of approximately 0.1%] The ultra-low-reflection AR coating, "Zero One AR Coat," achieves a single-sided reflectance of approximately 0.1%, with minimal variation in reflectance across the entire visible light spectrum. This minimizes color imbalance and reduces the occurrence of ghosting and flare, which can degrade imaging performance. You can achieve image quality comparable to that achieved without a filter. ・[High-precision flat polishing with less than one interference fringe] High-quality optical glass is polished to a flat surface with high precision and mounted to the filter frame using Nikon's proprietary "Flat Plane System" mounting technology to maintain that flatness. This minimizes the occurrence of factors that can adversely affect optical performance.・[Effective Anti-Static Coating] A new anti-static coating has been applied to the front of the filter. This reduces static buildup and reduces the adhesion of dust and debris to the filter.
