Suggested Use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes. Immediately after towel-drying. At least every two hours. Sun Protection: Use sunscreen regularly with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Other sun protection tips: Limit outdoor activity during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
