A pencil refill that uses a soft pencil made from a balm to smoothly draw and adhere to hairless areas of the skin.

How to use:

Open the cap, turn the holder to the right to pull out the core, and fill in the outline and any missing parts of your eyebrows along the flow of your eyebrow hairs.

How to refill: With the cap still on, turn the used refill and pull it out of the holder.
