Cautions

As a leather product, keep it away from water and store it in a well-ventilated space. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and a neutral detergent for gentle wiping; avoid strong chemical cleaners. To prevent wear on the heel, exercise care on rough surfaces. Note that the vintage washing treatment may make stains more pronounced, which is by design and does not qualify for free exchange/return.

To request a return or exchange, please note that it is mandatory to provide a video of the unpacking of the package.
