This training device allows you to practice volleyball by yourself, even if you don't have someone to bounce the ball off of. Simply wrap the ball in the holder and secure it with adhesive tape, and you're ready to go! It's compatible with balls ranging from a children's size 4 ball to a standard size 5 ball. The ball can be attached to the waist belt with an elastic cord, so even if you hit it with all your might, it won't fly far and will come back to you.
