The item description and photographs were significantly misleading. The wreath I received bears little resemblance to the product advertised. It is made from obviously cheap plastic flowers and is of a much lower quality than the images and description led me to expect. It is not an attractive display item and does not match the advertised product. I am also extremely disappointed by the lack of a clear and accessible returns process on your website. The absence of an obvious return option has caused me serious concern about whether I will be able to obtain a refund for an item that has been misrepresented. I contacted customer services to ask how I could return the item and was advised that it would take 9–10 days to receive a response. This delay is unreasonable and falls well below the standard of customer service I would expect when reporting a problem with a misleading product. I expect Joom to resolve this matter promptly by providing clear instructions for returning the item and issuing a full refund. I hope your customer service team will address this complaint quickly and professionally. I await your response.
