Product Description: Supplement Yeast Free ChromeMate® Chromemate® Chromium GTF is a yeast-free, niacin-bound chromium. Chromium is a trace element that works closely with insulin to help with the cellular uptake of glucose. The National Research Council has established the need for chromium as a human nutrient.

Directions: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals. Do not exceed recommended dose.
