This is the 4th album released in 1979 after launching the Paradise label. This work, which was released at a time when the era was moving towards pop-rock, takes a different approach from previous works, and is mainly composed of hand-written notes. Although it is a work that receives mixed reviews among Leon Russell fans, there are many hidden gems such as the title song, Life And Love. (Original release: 1979/Prelude Records)
This album was produced by Leon himself, and co-producer Roger Lin, who was credited as a staff member, engineer and guitarist on ``The Wedding Album'', is credited. The participating musicians are kept to a very small number, including Marty Greb, Mickey Raphael, and Jody Payne, as this is a mostly hand-written work.
