This pedal is based on a currently famous amplifier-in-a-box preamp pedal. It features a key modification: the replacement of the FET transistor with a germanium gain stage (stolen from a servo-bias germanium boost pedal). As a result, it combines the unparalleled feel of germanium with the carefully equalized and tone-controlled sound of a preamp pedal, adding an alternative universe to the flagship pedal.

This pedal is based on a well-known amplifier-in-a-box preamp pedal, with one important modification: the FET transistor has been replaced with a germanium gain stage.

It offers the unique feel of germanium combined with meticulous equalization and tone controls of a preamp pedal.

As a result, the gain is slightly lower, but it produces a richer sound with overdrive, boost, fuzz, and anything else we have explored.
