It is made of carefully selected wood obtained in Poland but also from the farthest corners of the world. Smoked Oak.Smoked oak – is a special variety of wood obtained from trees or, less frequently, tall shrubs, belonging to the beech family (Fagaceae D umort). It includes approximately 200 species, found primarily in the temperate zone of the Northern Hemisphere (including Poland) and in the high elevations of the tropics. Oaks are renowned for their large size; they are the thickest trees in Poland, and their diameters can exceed 3 meters at heights of up to 25-35 meters. Oak wood is relatively heavy and hard, making it widely used in joinery and furniture. It is highly resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is typically yellowish-brown in color, with a distinct structure and characteristic oak knots. Smoked oak, on the other hand, acquires a distinctive dark color through a long and extremely precise thermal treatment process—smoking. The rich grain, enhanced by smoking, reacts to light in a unique way, changing color depending on the angle of incidence. All this will make our case change before our eyes, depending on the position from which we observe it.
