Usage:
Used for inspection clearance measuring apparatus, one of the cross section of a right triangle, the hypotenuse on a scale, with acute sine directly to the length of the short side said on the bevel edge, the size of the seam that can be read out directly.
Before using the gauge, remove the dirt from the plug and workpiece. When used, one or several overlapping inserts can be used to insert the gap, which can be slightly delayed. When measuring, the action should be light, not allow hard interpolation. It is not allowed to measure parts with high temperature.
Note:
1. Do not allow sharp bending of the plug in the measurement process, or insert the plug rod into the clearance with a larger force, otherwise the measuring surface or the part surface will be damaged.
2. After use, wipe down the plug, apply a thin layer of industrial vaseline, and then fold the plug into the frame to prevent corrosion, bending, deformation and damage.
3. When stored, do not put the plug in the weight, so as not to damage the plug.
