POKEMON Pokemon Center Plush Doll Pokemon Fit Gigalith

Product is great but delivery was very bad. It didn't come on time and I was informed that it could take up to a month longer than initially estimated! Then I complained to the delivery company on my end and they managed to sort it out quickly so I received the item a few days later than the initial estimated delivery date. Coolbe offered me a 15% discount on my next order as a compensation! That's not a compensation, that's a cheeky way of getting another sale from me! If you really want to show me that you're sorry about what happened then give me a proper compensation coolbe:)

The item is just as expected my little son loves Tayo the little bus! The item came far sooner than expected before two weeks ended. The seller also put a little treat of Korean coffee for mom! Which is so very kind 감사합니다! From Canada :)

Hello I can't reach anyone, my order got stolen because the transporter left it sticking out of mailbox at busy street. transporter Dragonfly accepted the complaint but I had to inform Joom which is impossible....

Thank you so much. I love it sm the details are amazing and the card melted my heart. I hope my bf will enjoy it!

Nice doll, but the rooting of her hair at the front (her fringe) is a bit defective. Arrived safely.
