The Keio 8000 series features the unique style of the 8714 and 8814 trains, with the front and middle cars connected together. This model reproduces the appearance from around January 2010 to around March 2012, after the incorporation of Saha 8564 and before Kuha 8764 was converted into an intermediate car. The characteristic features of the Saha 8564, such as the end face without steps for getting on and off, and the roof without handrails, are reproduced by newly produced parts.
