The 1st 2 photos are what is on the website which has obviously been taken from another website as this is definitely what was delivered! The stitching on the handle is so bad & will definitely unravel if I used it. Same for handles attached to the woven bag. The name on the tape is different from the website & has been cut through the name on both handles. I have tried to request a return but the website just sends you round in circles, I’m presuming this is intended!! It would not buy again from this site & would strongly recommend you don’t throw you money away to them either. Rubbish quality & company 😡

It is scan of the original book. A poorly made copy. And even as the copy it is horrible with yellow stains on every single page. Letters are small, like really small and bad quality. They reach the middle of a page so you cant read them because the book's pages are sewn there together. It doesn't cost a quarter of the price. I'm disappointed. Even after all that, the cover of the book is damaged:/ thanks very much for stealing the original and making money of it, you're horrible.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The loafers I received do not match the photos in the listing at all. The quality, color, and details are clearly different from what was advertised. Additionally, I did not receive a full refund, which is unacceptable given that the item was not as described. This experience feels unfair and misleading. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

The order took a very long time to arrive. Overall, the quality was good. I was very upset because after a long wait, I received a completely different size. The shoes ran small. I filed a return. I might order from the same seller again. I hope they'll be more attentive next time, as there are additional shipping costs.

The little teeth, the tab to engage the lights. Is in the wrong spot. It about 3-4 mm too far to the centre. It will not fit. I have made some modifications and it is not able to work from factory. Could have been such a simple install for me.

I ordered an empty bottle with a gold-colored cap so that I could pour my favorite perfume into it. However, I received a different bottle that already contained perfume inside. This is not what I ordered.

I didn't receive the good product. there is no cable to synchronize bird songs and the lenght is not the good one ( see photos). i need 14.8mm i send also a photo of the desired product

These are lovely - come up about half a size to small but I’ve got the shoe stretchers in so they’ll be good. They are really lovely boots tho
