Using it instead of a grill grate reduces interior contamination by approximately 99.9% compared to a regular grill grate. The 2023 model features slits on both sides of the lid for easy removal, even with mitts on. Designed to fit Rinnai gas stoves, it allows you to cook the same amount of food as you would on a grill. The wave-shaped plate allows excess oil to flow to both sides, resulting in healthy, crispy food. The lid has slits the same size as the top burner, allowing you to brown food over an open flame just like on a grill.
