[Precautions for use] - Food may stick to the pan the first few times you use it, but with continued use, the oil will become absorbed and it will be less likely to stick. - Apply a thin layer of oil before use. - When heating, place it in the centre of the stove to stabilize it. - When heating, use medium heat or lower. - As it is made of metal, it cannot be used in a microwave. - Do not subject hot cast iron to sudden temperature changes, such as pouring cold water over it. - Storing cast iron in a humid place may cause rust. - As the wooden plate is made of natural wood, it cannot be soaked or put in a dishwasher or dryer.
