The bag looks like on the picture. Extra strap was in the bag. Material seems to be strong and will last for a long time. Maybe a few millimeter smaller than my old bag. But that is not much. A keeper. I was afraid it would not arrive in time for my trip. But it came 2 days before the trip. Took for me 16 days from order to deliverly. But didn't get a mail that it was delivered to me. Good thing a checked my mail box. A plus would be getting a sms notification in case you forget to check your emails

Seller cheated me again and sent a joom envelope with two white empty other envelopes. This is the second time this seller has cheated me. Please refund me.

It is not Citizen like on the advert. I bought it because it read Citizen on the calculator. What I received is very poor quality compared to Citizen

Came in a bubble envelope and also wrapped in bubble wrap. Works fine. Very nice kind of mint color. A bit hard to change the tilt angle though.

It states it matches the image but only 1 curtain was sent and the material is not blackout as stated. However the image was good so gave 3 stsrs

absolutely poor quality, thin, badly sewed, I need to return this. also misleading pictures on website.
