Regarding Mounting:
·The speaker must be securely fixed. The speaker diameter must match the product’s mounting slot without looseness; otherwise, resonant noise will occur.
·Maintain a distance (generally ≥1mm) between the front panel and the speaker diaphragm.
Regarding Soldering:
·Never allow the speaker to be attracted to metal during soldering (when soldering electronic wires). The speaker must be firmly secured. Especially avoid ferrous metals, otherwise abnormal noise will occur. Stacking speakers together will also cause malfunctions!
·Keep soldering temperature as low as possible. A 30W-40W soldering iron is generally recommended. Excessively high temperatures may cause solder pad detachment or peeling. The soldering iron tip should remain on the pad for no longer than 1 second. Do not solder on the inner side of pads, otherwise no sound will be produced.
·External electronic wires must be correctly soldered exclusively to the outermost two points of the solder pads.
