Hi, just tried to replace the broken wheel with the one purchased. But it fails to engage to the 3 gearwheels because the inner diameter on the new wheel (diameter between teeths) are too big. On the old one, the inner diameter (betwee top of teeths) is 75mm, the new one is 79mm Diameter between bottom of teets is 80.5mm on the old and 84mm on the new one. As a result the 3 rotating gearwheels driven by the motor do not reach out to the teeths in the purchased gearwheel, and the whinch does not rotate.
