I am very disappointed with what has been sent to me. I had a pair of 38 blue Crocs exactly like this but one broke after much wear. To replace the broken pair I purchased this pair from Joom in good faith that I would get the same type of sandal. I ordered the same size as the pair that had broken but when the shoes from you arrived they are way smaller than the original 38's. I add a photo so you can see. What I received is more like a 37 or even a 36! The shoe in the middle is the remaining unbroken croc from my previous pair. They all say size 38. Please can I get a refund.
