How to use: How to use the floss: Hold the handle and gently move the floss between your teeth, back and forth. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food particles above and below the gum line. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat for each tooth). How to use the disposable floss: Place the tip of the disposable floss between your teeth at the gum line. Gently move it in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate the gums. Rinse as needed.

Caution: Adult supervision is recommended for children under 10 years of age. Your gums may bleed the first few times you floss. If bleeding persists or gums are red and swollen, see your dentist. Throw away disposable floss after use.
