The delivered electric tricycle is unusable due to a technical fault. The fault is the following, which I have already reported! The drive sprocket and the driven sprocket are visibly not in line. When pushed by hand, it immediately throws the chain off. UNUSABLE! I have already communicated this to you several times. I want to send it back but only after a refund, otherwise I liked the structure, it's just unusable! I have a technical qualification. I take responsibility for what I have described! It's not all the same to me!!! You can imagine how angry I am! I didn't expect to be treated like this in my old age. I request an address to ship it to.
