Limetree NETWORK II is a high-quality network player, also known as an audio renderer, that can play music from streaming services and local storage media in studio quality. It is connected to the network via a LAN cable or via WLAN. It also has a USB port for connecting hard drives and other USB storage media. In addition to the analogue line output, the network player also offers a sonically excellent headphone connection. FEATURES:

The LINDEMANN network player offers playback in studio quality. Via LAN connection, but also wirelessly via WLAN. The connection to the WLAN router is child's play thanks to WPS. The high-performance processor with ARM core and the update function via the Internet ensure that the device is completely prepared for pleasant use.

The LINDEMANN app is available for Android and iOS, both for smartphones and tablets. It allows you to play all important streaming services, music servers and USB sticks. The software is distinguished by its smooth operation and simple, intuitive operation.

Technologically, Limetree NETWORK II offers a whole range of advantages: The ES9038 Hypersteam2-DAC uses one of the best digital-to-analog converters available today, clocked by a MEMS Femto-Clock of the highest precision. The result is a particularly transparent, yet "analog" sound quality.

The included infrared remote control allows you to not only adjust the volume, but also navigate through playlists or a CD.

As an additional feature, the Limetree NETWORK II offers volume control in the analog range, which is implemented using a network of resistors. The usual digital volume control has been completely abandoned. This solution offers more detail and richness of sound, especially in the mid and low range.

Limetree NETWORK II supports connecting external CD-ROM drives (e.g.. Apple USB SuperDrive) via USB and transforms into a top-of-the-range CD player without much effort or expense!The drive is recognised automatically and CD playback can be controlled via the LINDEMANN app or infrared remote control. The data on the CD is read into memory and then "streamed".

The Limetree NETWORK II has a built-in high-quality headphone amplifier that can drive headphones from 16 ohms. An amplifier or active speakers can be connected to the line output on the rear. The volume can be adjusted independently for both outputs.

Limetree NETWORK II has a Bluetooth function that allows you to play music wirelessly, for example from smartphones or tablets. The A2DP Bluetooth audio transmission protocol guarantees the highest sound quality.

A special feature is the multi-room function, which allows several streamers to be operated separately or combined in different rooms. It can be conveniently controlled via the LINDEMANN app.

In addition to the smartphone version, a separate version is also available for tablets in landscape mode. The app allows smooth and intuitive browsing and searching. A new feature is the simultaneous display of the browsing view and the playback view. There is also the option of displaying the current playback queue. Album-oriented programming allows you to play an entire album at the touch of a button! Thanks to the specially integrated multi-room function, you can also operate several streamers in different rooms separately or in combination. The range of streaming services is wide, with a clear focus on studio quality and hi-fi subscriptions. You can choose from TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, Deezer, HighResAudio and Spotify Connect. There are also thousands of podcasts and radio stations available worldwide.

One of the best amplifier modules on the market serves as an output stage, and as a headphone amplifier it sets standards not only in terms of measurement technology. A high-quality "medical grade" plug-in power supply was used for the power supply, which provides a particularly high level of isolation from interference in the power grid. Together with complex filtering in the device and special voltage regulators, it was possible to implement a particularly low-interference power supply with noise values below 10µV.
