Is this a joke??? The lamp arrived without a clip! I REQUEST the intervention of the support service, please explain to me how to proceed in such an unfortunate case.. After contacting customer support - no reaction !??? Please help with completing the lamp (the configuration does not match the description), or return the money because it is impossible to use this product for its intended purpose.

The product does not match the description - the lamp arrived disassembled - there is only part of the lamp - the part that should light up, but the base - the base with the built-in lithium battery - the cord and the plug are missing. I request a refund.
