I bought it thinking it would work for my K1200GT....but it doesn't work. The stem my bike needs is thinner, metric 8 I think...and 15 cm long. But because I liked it, I took the risk. Luckily, I bought the screw at an industrial hardware store in stainless steel for 65 cents without any problem and I've managed to fix it..... Also, my handlebar end is beveled and this piece is cylindrical, so the fit is not perfect.....like on an RT where I saw it........ but it does the job..satisfied

It doesn't fit for moto bmw k1200 s, so it's my fault since there must be a thread on the steering wheel inside, which mine doesn't have... Maybe it will work on many motos and other motorcycle models.... The product is of good quality and I received it perfectly packaged!!!
