It doesn't have 12GB as advertised. It is expandable to 12GB, which limits the phone's storage. The performance is almost from the year 2020… in this day and age with the technology that exists it should perform somewhat better, I'm not saying it works very well but at least that it is functional. It overheats when you are simply using, for example, WhatsApp. update: I have been complaining for almost 15 days and I still have no response whatsoever. This is shameful.

Speaker function crackles. Often get message that it is waiting for network. Get square white things that spin around the screen sometimes. It should be durable and be able to be dropped without breaking. Sat on a chair the mobile fell from the lap and down. Two large cracks across the screen. Do not consider it to be shockproof then. Worst mobile I have bought.
