Barakhlo. It stinks like hell of burnt rubber.. Charging does not always work, sometimes it disappears. 65 watts is probably the total for all ports at the last moment before dying. Even according to the markings there is a maximum of 20W per one of the ports, see photo. The laptop sees charging but the battery does not charge, because... 15 or 20 watts is not enough. There are better options for phones. Even more so for laptops.
