The flip-flops are soft, the leather is thin but double-layered, the square toe is a bit unusual but you can get used to it. The sole is stiff. Size 38 fit for a 37. They won't fit wide feet even though they are soft.

Correct foot measurement and for my 38, 41 according to the size chart - PERFECT! I took it to wear at work, excellent! I recommend buying it.
