This is super tacky. There's so much wrong. It has a foreign plug so they provide an adapter! It's made of cheap plastic. It is so lightweight I doubt there's any metal in it. The pole, made from the cheapest aluminium, if it is even metal, has a raw edge that just pokes into a slot in the base with nothing to secure it. The pole extends to only 4'9" and the steamer doesn't even extend that high, so you can't put it into the cradle at the top unless you lower the pole to 4'7". The dress in the picture is only a midi and is nearly to the floor. The garmet hanger is cheap plastic with no proper hook to hang garment. You dont always want to use the hanger part. I never did on my old steamer, just a hook. There's no handle or means to carry this without lifting from the bottom, which I had to do to put on a table to work as it's too low for me otherwise. I would get a back ache bending over the whole time otherwise. The water container has a tacky yoke at the top, which is just decoration, but could've incorporated a handle for carrying. My old steamer had that. The water container has a flimsy vacuum stopper that leaks. The steamer leaks while using. The dial has numerous markings, presumably from low to high, but the dial turns around freely the whole way round. I used it to steam one shirt and it used half the water. The next item it started spluttering, and steam would just stop coming out. It started making funny noises so I stopped using it. It is a no from me.
Everything works. The steamer wire is short, the iron constantly falls off the stand. Not convenient to carry. Everything is liquid. And that's how it works. Shades for curtains.
