Instructions:
Cold use: Freeze for at least 2 hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Do not
apply frozen beads directly onto skin (use the plush side. Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time
Hot use: Microwave for 10 seconds making sure the weight inside is evenly distributed. Carefully check the
temperature and continue heating in 5 second intervals as needed. Do not leave unattached while heating.
Overheating may cause damage or destroy the product. Do not apply hot beads directly onto skin (skin the
plush side). Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
