The item arrived almost 3 weeks after ordering; the quality is very poor and looks nothing like the images advertising it. I thought it was very overpriced for the quality. I tried to get in touch to return the item and get a full refund and I was told I would have to pay for the return postage, which I was happy to do, but then they never sent me the actual details or address telling me where to return the bag. I got in touch three times with the same result, and received a reply in Russian (which I don't speak) three times. One of the emails said there was a problem with my email address, so I provided another email address to receive the details of how and where to return the item. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I received it and I still don't know where to return it. This was my very first purchase from Joom and it will certainly be my last. I often purchase from China-based companies and have always had a very good experience with them, but this time, I am genuinely as surprised as I am disappointed by the poor customer service. Purchase at your own risk, but really £45 is overpriced for such a poor quality item.
