Our dried vegetables are made from 100% domestically grown vegetables (primarily from Kumamoto Prefecture and other prefectures in Kyushu), harvested fresh and cut while still fresh before drying.

Keeping several types of dried vegetables on hand at home is very useful for busy times when you can't go shopping, for unexpected guests, when you're feeling unwell, when you only want to cook a small amount, or for those living alone.

Commitment to Ingredients: We use only 100% domestically grown vegetables, primarily from Kyushu.

We have contract farming operations mainly in Otsu Town, Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture, where our main manufacturing plant is located, as well as in towns and villages in Kikuchi and Aso Districts, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture, and Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Cultivation is done outdoors, using vegetables that are in season.

Furthermore, compared to conventional farming methods, the main ingredients are carefully cultivated by contract producers who have agreed to minimize the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other pesticides in order to utilize compost.
