※The powder coating is applied thickly to achieve a deeper color. ※Because the jig (a dedicated fixture for hanging during painting) is hooked into the peg hole for painting, marks from the jig may remain. ※These can be easily corrected by inserting another peg into the peg hole, as the material is soft. ※This may be mistaken for burrs, but it does not affect the product’s usability. ※Your understanding is appreciated.

・These forged pegs are made by heating round steel material to approximately 1100°C until it is red-hot, then crushing the cross-section into an elliptical shape with a powerful force of about 1 ton. Applying strong pressure to the heated steel creates pegs with excellent strength. ・Regular round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use, but the elliptical pegs provide good penetration even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and fix firmly without spinning. ・The rope pull direction is also designed with a thicker material for superior strength and durability. ・The areas where the rope makes contact are trimmed to prevent the rope from being cut by burrs, with meticulous attention to detail. ・We heard complaints about pegs blending into grass or gravel and being hard to find! So we intentionally added color. They feature a cationic electrodeposition coating with a powder coating for excellent rust resistance. The overall length of 184mm is a convenient size for inner tents and leisure sheets.
