The essential component of the Delta Tone™ system installed in Fender American series electric guitars is this 250K 'No-Load' potentiometer. It controls the normal tone from 1 to 9. When set to 10, the tone control is bypassed from the circuit, increasing output and overall tone response. Compatible with most American-made and Mexican instruments that require a 3/8-inch split-shaft potentiometer. It is used in conjunction with push-on style control knobs (no set screw). Includes mounting hardware and a .022μF 250V capacitor.
