The fischer FIS VL injection mortar is a hybrid mortar based on vinyl ester and approved for standard fixings in cracked concrete and masonry. It is introduced using approved system components such as the fischer FIS A threaded rod and the fischer RG MI internal threaded anchor indoors and outdoors. The mortar's thermal resistance from -40 C to +120 C enables stable load levels even when exposed to extreme temperatures, ensuring high flexibility. Advantages : The FIS VL system has been approved for use in cracked concrete and masonry, achieving high strength parameters in these substrates. Injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin enables anchoring in holes filled with water (410 ml cartridges only), which allows for rapid work progress. The temperature after setting of the FIS VL injection mortar should be between -40 °C and +120 °C, so even at quite high temperatures, the mortar ensures a high level of load-bearing capacity. Application : FIS VL is a 2-component injection mortar based on vinyl esters. The resin and hardener are placed in two separate containers and remain unmixed and inactive until they are pressed out by the static mixer. The hole is then filled with mortar starting from the bottom, without creating air bubbles. The mortar bonds the entire surface of the rod to the walls of the hole and completely seals the hole. Partially used packaging can be reused after replacing the mixer.
