●*Before first use, be sure to season the pan empty.* ●As it is called seasoning, place the pan on the stove and heat it without adding any ingredients. ●Caution: Do not leave it unattended. Heat the pan evenly, including the edges. ●When you start heating, the surface will turn black, and then when it turns gray, it's done. ●Once the pan has cooled down a bit, wash it with hot water using a scouring pad. (Using detergent is also OK.) Using a steel wool pad will cause scratches. ●Next, season the pan with oil. Put plenty of oil in the pan and sauté some vegetable scraps. Perform this process throughout the entire pot. ●Discard any vegetable scraps and wash the pot with hot water before use. ●The handle will become hot, so do not hold it directly. Wrap a towel around it, making sure the towel does not come into contact with the flame. ●*Care Instructions* ●After cooking, wash the pot with hot water using a scouring pad. ●If food is burnt on, scrub it off with a steel wool pad. ●It is easier to remove burnt-on food if you soak the pot in hot water while it is still slightly warm. ●Afterward, completely dry the pot, apply oil, and store it. If you don't apply oil, the pot will rust. ● To completely remove moisture, you can lightly heat it on the stove, but be careful not to burn yourself when applying oil. ● Let it cool slightly before applying oil to the back as well. ● If it rusts, you can remove it by rubbing it with fine-grained sandpaper, but the rubbed area will become prone to burning, so heat it on the stove once (the rubbed area will turn bluish) and then apply oil.
