Product Introduction

A convenient tea bag type dashi broth.

Ingredients

Salt, flavor ingredients (tuna katsuobushi, Sourced Katsuobushi, Bonito Flakes, Sardines, Flying Fish (Ago) dried, Seafood extract, Shrimp, Kombu, Shiitake mushrooms), Sugar, Seasoning (amino acids, etc.), Vegetable extract, Powdered soy sauce, Yeast extract, Hydrolyzed protein (contains wheat and soybeans in some raw materials). *No synthetic preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or artificial coloring agents are used.

Usage Instructions

1. Put one bag (as is) into 500ml of water (about 2.5 cups) and bring to a boil. 2. Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes without a lid. 3. Turn off the heat, and lightly squeeze the bag with chopsticks or similar to extract the flavor.

Safety Precautions

After opening, be sure to close the zipper tightly to prevent moisture ingress and use promptly. Be careful of boiling, hot water, and steam when preparing the broth. Contains desiccant (not edible).
