Quilted Padded Tote Bag Nylon Solid Color Satchel Puffer Crossbody Bag Women Shoulder Bags Ladies Large Capacity Handbag

Very sorry, but I didn't even manage to open the package when something fell out, aha, and this is the little iron thing, the stopper, that keeps the zipper pull from coming off, that fell off the zipper, well - I'll write to customer support... Very grateful to customer support for returning the money, I want to keep ordering on Joom further and further, because if there are any problems they react immediately!!!

There is no long strap as in the photo, there are loops on the bag, but the strap was not included

For that kind of money, it's a decent bag, especially for young people!

As in the photo, the set includes a shoulder strap.

The bag is neat and has a long strap.

The black one didn't have a shoulder strap.

Thanks, it's great!
