A drop of vegetable oil on the bottom (so that the finished protein does not stick in the cracks of the cups) - water - a broken egg - water (to the waterline) - 2 minutes in the microwave - the most delicious poached egg !!! I don't eat it every day, but I recommend it.... Both tasty and aesthetically pleasing!

Either I'm doing something wrong or... I can't poach eggs. They keep leaking into the pan. I'm frustrated.
