Universal cell phone holder came damaged, someone was tampering with it, as the box where the holder came was torn, there was violation of correspondence and the part was defective

The rubber holder of the pen is torn on one side. Had to repair it by sewing. (Don't know how long that will hold)? Otherwise not yet in use.

The phone can only be attached sideways. It doesn't hold without the rubber inserts. And the inserts often fall off. The holder is tight. But it's inconvenient that the phone hangs sideways. Otherwise, the side buttons of the phone get pressed and it looks lopsided.

For thin or medium steering wheel. I bought it to be comfortable driving on the highway with a navigator. But I didn't consider that the phone would cover all the necessary information on the instrument panel behind the steering wheel.
