【Voltage Compatibility】
When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.

All Hinode binoculars are manufactured at OEM factories. There are various ways of working with OEMs, but no matter who the OEM is, we need to make good use of the resources they have and bring out their true potential. There are many wonderful OEMs in Japan, each with their own specialties, and some of them actually work on high-end machines as OEMs. You might think that if you ask them, they can easily make a high-end machine, but it's not that easy. First, there must be a strong relationship of trust between us and the factory. Also, if you don't have enough knowledge and experience, it's difficult to get someone to make a good product. Especially if it's a high-end machine. Hinode was founded in 2009 with the idea, ``Let's make binoculars that we want,'' from a user's perspective. To date, we have worked with six OEM companies. We gradually came to understand the characteristics of each company and developed a relationship of trust with them. I learned a lot from the OEMs, and my knowledge of binocular production and development has deepened. And perhaps in the past few years, Hinode has also started to grow.
I began to vaguely think that maybe it was time for me to try a high-end machine. Please scroll down to read the detailed explanation!
